Hardee`s in Knoxville

I've never had issues with the food, but the customer service is non existent. The day shift is usually fine, however if you're trying to get a meal in the evening all I have to say is good luck; The hours say until 11 pm and management should probably notify the employees of this because they like to lock the doors well before that.

Would give them no stars if I could. The food is good at Hardees, but with the lobby closed, and this location is right next to a truck stop, they are losing a lot of money and customers. Cant walk through the drive thru, so have to find another source for food.

This is a really great place to stop and eat. The store is very clean very clean inside and outside including the bathrooms and from what I could see from the kitchen. The food was very hot fresh and delicious. They have the best breakfast of any fast food chain available. The staff was very friendly and made you want to come back to visit their store again. The prices were absolutely great especially for the high quality food that you receive. Great job

Amazing to truck drivers. They let us call our order in and walk thru the drive through during covid.

The cook had his mask dangling from his ear and not across his face, I was worried that if he was mass producing the virus in his head then my food that he was preparing on the counter was perfectly lined up with his nostrils, the cashier had her nose sticking out the top of her mask

Biscuits were burnt food dry and didnt get condiments that were required didnt go back to try fix the burnt biscuts as i was on my way to appointment

Horrible! Fries were soggy. Sandwich tasted awful! Only gave it a star because the staff was so nice and efficient.

I needed to stop for a quick bite and wanted to take it with me on the interstate. Went through the drive thru with barely any wait! Food was hot and very tasty. I stop here often and will continue as long as service remains this good. :)

Good biscuits and gravy and mushroom and swiss,made to order,so it takes a little longer, easy in and out from I74. Reasonable prices

This Hardee's has gone to hell. The last 3 times we went through the drive thru, we did not receive any service, nor did staff even acknowledge us once we got to the window. The only actual acknowledgement we got was someone asking our order through the speaker when we arrived. We never got a response after that, not even a bill total. When we pulled around to the window, no one was there & no one ever spoke to us. We resorted to honking and waving at the 2 staff that we could see on our last visit, to no avail. They just went about their business. We won't be wasting any more of our time at this "restaurant". Our orders were wrong about 50% of the time anyway, when we actually got service.

Food was good. Was only person inside eating and took 18 minutes to get order.

730 pm on Sunday night stop for a quick bite ... should have kept going decent service , not busy at all , burgers were tasteless frozen patties cooked well but super bland and well for 3 adults and one child to eat it was 32.00 I'm gonna call that as it was certainly not worth the price ! Guess it's best to stick to the hot ham and cheese because they always taste good !

My favorite fast food!

This place was grimy, and the burgers we're cold. Not an enjoyable experience, this time. I have eaten here before and it is occasionally good, but it is typically hit or miss, with miss being much more frequent at this specific Hardee's location.

I always seem to get pulled forward but my food doesn't seem to taste hot.

One Of My Favorite Fast Food Places, Especially This Particular Location Because It's A Convenient Stop For A Quick Bite, I Stop At This Hardee's Almost Every Trip Me And My Dad Make To Burlington, IOWA Or Anywhere In That Area

Greasy! We ordered three sausage biscuits. After repeating the order several times, were told we had to order in pairs so we said just the two but were keyed in for four. At the window were told we could only have two biscuits and would need to have croissant or sourdough for the other two. When we got the food, there was no way to get the grease off. It was sickening. We should have expected this. The tea was old and tasted horrible. It was expensive.

Not a bad Hardee's at all. It is fast for a Hardee's and I don't have any complaints with my food. I've been there a few times on my travels through and I would say it's a good stop when you're expecting a classic Hardee's. But, if you're looking for a really fast stop to get food off the interstate and back on I wouldn't recommend here.

Coffee was hot and tasted really good also my bacon plate was good. Eggs, bacon, hash rounds, biscuit and gravy all for $4 and all was hot and fresh.

Food was hot and tasted like Hardee's, but service was rough. The girl that EVENTUALLY helped us was very nice, but she literally clocked in to help us. No once in the restaurant even acknowledged us in the drive thru.

Service was great the food was awesome but the two for five roast beef was nothing to write home about when it comes to value. There isn't much there but for five bucks I guess that is to be expected. The apple turn overs are always great.

Horrible, milk shake came a third of the way full didn’t even get to the line! I ordered two burgers with pickle and ketchup only and one can with onions and a lot. Took them 35minutes to bring our food and there was only 4 other ppl (3 in 1 order 1 in the other) wouldn’t suggest coming to this Hardee’s and would go to a different one.

Stopped here Christmas day. Service was great. Both drive thru and dining busy. Thank you for being open for us travelers. Please know you are greatly appreciated.

If I could choose ZERO stars, I would! I called to ask if we could walk up since we're truckers in an 18 wheeler. The guy said yes and I told him we'd be there in a few mins. The website AND window said they closed at 11 but at 10:13 they refused us service as if to say screw truckers!

Friendly people laid back and always go out of there way to make people happy

Most people don't think of Hardees for breakfast, but if you want HOT breakfast freshly cooked, this is the place. The breakfast burritos are large and filled with fresh eggs and Cheddar cheese. Add some real picante sauce and it is awesome. Of course the black Angus burgers are the best!
